Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. Made-to-order, custom, or preorder purchases contain additional information about when you can expect your order to ship, but most will ship out within 21 days of your purchase. 

Please allow 10 business days before reaching out about shipping, as USPS  does not always update immediately with shipment information.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, but please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your order. For shipping issues, reach out to USPS before reaching out to us – we have as much information as you do once your package is provided to USPS.

I do not cover international shipping customs fees. Any customs or VAT fees upon receiving packages from Lily and Sparrow Clay will be covered by the customer. I offer FREE US Shipping on orders $40+. The discount will automatically be applied during checkout if you have $40+ in your cart. 

Shipping Rates are determined by package weight, size, and USPS rates. During holiday seasons, prices will increase for shipping with USPS. 

A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment.
