Refund policy

All sales are final. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns, but please fill out our contact form if you experience any problems with your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that since each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations in design. Please allow for this, but if your order does not meet your expectations, please reach out so we can make it right! 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the possession of USPS. If your package is missing, damaged, or delayed, please reach out or file a claim with USPS before reaching out to us about shipping questions. If you have a question about tracking, delivery dates, or other shipment information, please refer to your shipping number before reaching out.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order. Be prepared to share photos or provide information about how your order did not meet your expectations. As above, we are not responsible for damage occurring during shipment. We take care to package every order securely and safely. We will respond to requests for refunds within 2 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
